Me están cobrando 2 veces el servicio premium en la tarjeta de crédito

En el resumen de la tarjeta me aparece dos veces el costo, uno pendiente de autorización. Pero en el total figura el cargo por dos veces el servicio. 

 Hice el reclamo a visa pero me solicito que lo reclamé a quien cobra.

If the charge shows as pending, it means it hasn't gone through. The pending charge should get back to you in a few days.
