Me están cobrando más de mi plan para unversitarios

El día de hoy (14/04/20) es mi fecha de pago del segundo mes con este plan premium, me ha llegado un correo que no se pudo realizar mi pago teniendo la cantidad suficiente en ella ($49.00). He consultado mi estado de cuenta por medio electrónico pero aun no puedo checar las transacciones del día de hoy debido a la fecha de corte y debo esperar hasta el siguiente mes. Me gustaría que me aclararan cuanto fue la cantidad que se cobró, gracias.

You can check your subscription status at anytime visiting your account overview page.

It holds all the info you need regarding payments, the type of your current subscription, invoices and amounts paid or future payments.

Furthermore, if you're having issues with you payment, please make sure to use this support page to troubleshoot the issue.

Pude solucionar mi problema, fue un problema con mi banco, una disculpa.
