Me hicieron el cargo a mi tarjeta y aún no tengo Premium

Solicite spotify para universitarios, me llego el correo de que fue confirmada mi petición y luego me decía que mi pago no podía ser procesado. El día de hoy marque a mi banco y me dijeron que tenía 2 cobros de spotify y al revisar mi cuenta sigo como Free. Así llevo desde el día 1 de este mes, como recupero mi dinero porque no tengo premium aún.

Sometimes when you enter your payment details, the money is drafted and remains as pending for the discount to be validated.

In this case, the payments should remain as pending, and will go back to your bank account soon.
