El día de ayer realice el trámite para la suscripción con descuento a universitarios, no me ha llegado el correo de confirmación de SheerID sin embargo ya me hicieron el cargo a mi cuenta y dos veces de $49.00. Ingreso a Spotify y aún me dice que la cuenta es gratuita.

A mi también me pasó justamente lo mismo! Ya me hicieron el cobro y de hecho 2 veces y no me ha llegado nada de SheerID

No matter if student verification was successful or failed, a temporary charge goes through. These are only temporary charges on your credit card and they should disappear in a few days. The only charge that you actually have to pay for is if you successful verified the student discount.
If you're having trouble signing up for the student discount, you can submit for manual verification (as a head's up, this can take up to 12 hours to process). For more info, check out Spotify Support and SheerID FAQs. If your school is not listed, you can submit this feedback form to SheerID.
Al igual que estos usuarios a mi me sale un cobro retenido, sin embargo yo no conclui el proceso de comprobación de los documentos de la Universidad ya que no los tenia a la mano y decidi hacerlo en otro momento, y ahora que lo quiero realizar me doy cuenta de que el cobro esta retenido pero ni siquiera segui con el proceso, se va a liberar ese dinero? y en cuanto tiempo?

Hey, lastnight my debit card got charged without my consentment and today in the morning at 6:30 am it also got charged with no autorization. I'm seriously thinking in cancelling my suscription and I want my money back from those two non-autorized chargek. I'm getting my debitcard empty and I had to make some other expenses for my University which, so it's not a "Students Disscount". 😞
I sent them a message at @SpotifyAyuda and they told me that those two charges are not in their system and what that means is that even If I received notifications from my bank account it only means that the transactions were completed but in their spotify system was not proceeded. When that happens, the charge is going to be back in the bank account at the next Bank summary.
En ese caso al parecer cuando no se completa el registro, el cobro de los $49 pesos se reembolzarán al próximo estado de cuenta. Así es lo que pude entender. A mi me hicieron 2 cargos sin autorización y me dijeron que aunque me hallan llegado notificaciones de mi banco esos cargos no aparecen en su sistema y por lo tanto se reembolzarán al próximo estado de cuenta, me imagino que es a la fecha de corte. De igual manera creo que es injusto que se haga el cargo.
