Me&my duo didn't cancel my subscription but they sent me an canceled mail

I didn't cancel my subscription for the duo premium, my duo also. But Spotify just sent me an email that my subscription got canceled. I even paid for it.

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

It’s possible the subscription was canceled due to failed payments. However, rest assured that you shouldn’t be double-charged for the same month. I recommend checking your order history to confirm the charges on your account.

 

If the subscription has been canceled, you can re-subscribe to Premium Duo here. Once you’ve done that, you can re-invite the member by following these steps.
