Tengo spotify premium hace muchos años, no había tenido probelmas, hasta hoy.
Este año mi plan cuesta alrededor de $23.000 COP mensual, cobro que me realizaron a mi tarjeta el 11 de marzo, pero hoy me realizaron un cobro de $169.000 COP no sé de qué. Necesito saber como hacer para que me retornen mi dinero

My suggestion is that you check your account details by clicking on the link bellow:
https://www.spotify.com/account/overview/
There you'll see your current Premium plan, as well as the receipts you've paid. If you see you're not on the right plan, just change it to the one you wish.

Gracias, el tema es que no aparece el cobro en los recibos https://www.spotify.com/co-es/account/subscription/receipt/
Pero el banco me diice que si fue spotify el que me realizó ese cobro por eso intento hablar con alguien de soporte para que revise mi caso, ya que mi caso es extraño.
Tengo el certificado del banco sobre ese cobro adicional y a un monto muy alto que realizó spotify
