Cancele la tarjeta a la que se cargaba el pago del plan familiar, cuando intente cambiar la forma de pago, me marca error, aun cuando lo intente con tarjetas diferentes. Ya pase mi cuenta a free para volver a contratar el plan, ya cerre sesion en todos los dispositivos y me sigue apareciendo el error, no se que mas hacer.

Let's first make sure your cards meet the requirements on the picture attached to this thread. You might need to contact your bank or card issuer to make sure they do.
Once you're sure the cards can be used to pay for Spotify, try clearing your browser's cache and cookies or using an incognito window to try again.
