Gestern wurde ich schon für 24 Stunden gesperrt und heute habe ich alle Möglichkeiten noch einmal versucht und ich kann meine Karte nicht aktivieren und habe Sorge 30€ aus den Fenster geworfen zu haben. Ich brauche dringend Hilfe. Sabrina

You should be able to redeem Gift Cards at https://spotify.com/redeem. If you're getting any error messages, please share those with us here. 🙂

I also recommend checking the code’s characters and trying different combinations after 24 hours again. Sometimes a zero looks like an O, or a capital ‘i’ looks like a lowercase L. It's best if you use an incognito window or a different device.
