Message saying i can’t be premium

hi, I want to be premium solo but it won’t let me. Every time I click on any premium option it says that it’s not available for me but I’m no student and from Canada. Why can’t i access the solo subscription.

I get that you have difficulties when trying to subscribe for our individual Premium service.  Please give it another go, using this link here, and also try open it using an incognito window of your preferred browser.

Hi, somewhat unrelated but I would like to say the incognito trick worked for my issue.

I am also in Canada, and when trying to apply for student premium it was giving me an American plan (with Hulu and Showtime), which I couldn't purchase since I needed to enter an American address.

Using the incognito tab made the proper Canadian student plan show up. Thanks!
