Mudei meu plano para universitário e foi cobrado um valor, ontem foi cobrado o mesmo valor em menos de 1 mês.

First up, we suggest that you check your receipts by heading over to your Account page to see if both payments have gone through successfully. Sometimes our system tries to take the payment, but for some reason it's not possible for it to do so, but the user might get a notification about the attempt. 


On another note, if you can't see both payments on your account page, but you confirmed with your bank/card provider that you've been charged twice, it's possible that you have more than one account. To check this, we suggest that you take a look at this article. 


If you can't still find it, we suggest that you reach out directly to our Support team through any of these channels so they can further assist you with this.
