Mi hija tenia premiun y lo he cancelado para compartir el plan duo?

Mi hija tenia premiun y lo he cancelado para compartir el plan duo?

Ambas hemos llegado a Estados Unidos, le he cancelado su plan premium individual para poder compartir el plan duo, cuando realizo el cambio de direccion, pais, y forma de pago no permite grabar sino volver a comprar. Que hago?

I hope you don’t mind me replying in English. 

 

Can you make sure that the country settings on your account match the country registered on your Spotify account? If they do match, can you let me know what happens when you attempt to change your plan from Individual to Duo? You should be able to change plans through your account page here, but you may have to wait until your current Premium subscription reverts to Free, before you can make any plan changes due to you moving from one region to another.
