mi suscripción sale como plan estudiante y me estan cobrando plan premiun individual y ya actualize mis datos hace mas de un mes para seguir como estudiante. Y hoy m llego el cobro otra vez como plan individual premiun

Please make sure you've gone over all of these steps when re-subscribing to another year of Student Premium (up to a maximum of 4).
If you've gone over all of the steps but you're still getting charged more despite this, I'd recommend reaching out to our support folks.
As we can't look into your account from the forum, checking what the status of your subscription is with them would be your best option now 🙂
