My Question or Issue
My friend got a notification saying there is a midyear offer going on (3 months for the price of one) and I decided that I would like to buy Premium with the offer myself, but for some reason the offer isn't available to me even though I ended my previous subscription before the last date mentioned in the offer. What could be the problem and how can I use the offer if I can't see it on my app?

Thank you for taking the time to post in the Community. We're sorry to see that you haven't been able to take part of the Midyear campaign.
We can confirm that your account needed to be on our free version before the end date, so it doesn't matter if you cancelled the subscription if you still had Premium when you tried to take part of the Midyear offer.
