Misleading advertising is a crime !!

undue charge, in a 3 month free promotion, spotify charged me $40.00, on the first day of free account ... this is criminal !!!

I'm sorry to hear about this but no worries, I'll be happy to help out.

Let's take a look at that charge. 

 

When you check your Spotify receipts page here, do you see the charge for $40? Also, can you let me know if you have tried Premium in the past? 

Additionally, let me know if the charges you see are pending, or if they have been posted to your bank statements. You can also send me a screenshot of the charge so I can take a closer look (make sure that you hide sensitive info when posting to the Community).

Thanks for the screenshot. 

I have checked them out, and it seems like the charges are pending, which means they could just be authorization charges - but let's gather some more information first. 

 

I mentioned in my last reply but I'll ask again - I need to know this info for me to be able and move forward with the next steps. 

 

When you check your receipts page here, do you any charges there? 

Have you tried Premium before, like in the past?
