My Question or Issue

 Premium üyeliğimi iptal etmeyi unuttum ve otomatik para çekildi. Ödemeyi faturalı hattım üzerinden yaptım.18.11.2018 tarihinde (bugün) ödeme alındı.Bunu iptal edip paramın geri iadesini istiyorum çünkü aile üyeliğine geçeceğim ve kart ile ödeme yapacağım. Şimdiden teşekkürler, iyi çalışmalar.
