Hello. I'm trying to subscribe to Spotify Premium by the Smart Service and everytime I tap 'subscribe' it keeps saying "Oops! Something went wrong. Please try again or contact our support team." I've been trying for two days and nothing has changed. Please help because I really want to subscribe to premium.

Text GETPIN to 8823
You should recieve a text message that contains the phrase:
"You have allowed services for the following: [1]"

Then text STOPPIN 1 to 8823
(Number after STOPPIN depends on the services allowed on the previous reply message)

After you recieve confirmation, resubscribe to Spotify Premium.
