Originally set up Premium Account paying 9.99 from my bank account. Then my mobile company offered a free deal for 1 year. I was not aware I'd agreed to it but after one year they asked me if I wanted to start paying 9.99 via the mobile account. I said no. Then today my account went from Premium to free. So I've had to set up a Duo account for my partner and I from a different bank account. How do I cancel the original payments of 9.99 - they're not showing as a direct or a standing order, but the payments ARE being taken every month. Above all, I DON'T want to lose my music history. Can you help?
