My Question or Issue

1290php was deducted on my bank account for 1year premium subscription but haven't received premium access. I've tried logging in and out but it doesn't work.

Welcome to the Community and thanks for reaching out about this. 

 

In this case, it's possible that you have another account in which you subscribed. You can check if your payment went through by checking your receipts with these steps.

 

If you see the payment there, try logging out and logging back in with the correct account info.

 

If you still can't see your Premium features, we suggest reaching out to our Support team through any of these channels so they can take a closer look and help you out with this.
