Money Deducted from bank but not get subscription

Money Deducted from bank but not get subscription

This thing happened to me today. I subscribed to the Family Premium option and money was debited from my account(paytm) and my Spotify premium isn't activated....I checked my account status and it is showing me as a free user...!!!

Please refund my money or activate the premium..!!!

Same issue here, bought 12 months premium subscription earlier today - didn't show up on my account.

 

Seems like there's a problem on Spotify's side with payment and subscription, hope it gets resolved soon...

same happen with me in my next account error but in that got subscription but in this ac error show me and money not refunded
