Money charged without permission?

Good evening,

I'm really disappointed because I was trying to understand if I could get the student offer, but in order to see if my school was available I had to put credit card information first . Before I was even able to understand that my school wasn't available for the offer, the money (euro 4.99) were already charged without any spotify premium subscription active. When I tried to do it again I had the same problem, so it charged TWO times 4.99!

I've been trying to contact spotify but they have a poor customer assistance service. I'd like help cause I feel so fooled.

Yep I feel the same way I did what you did.... check my school next thing I knew....I was charged 4.99.

I guess no money was actually charged if it says pending or in process......?
