My Question or Issue

I tried to upgrade to premium (student) plan twice from my android phone and then for the third time from my laptop but every time it showed an error during payment, the error being "504 timeout error". After some hours though I got charged twice (66 INR each) but still my plan was not upgraded. Kindly look into this.
