Money deducted without authorization

Money deducted without authorization

Had the three months premium trial subscription which expired today in 18 August, on 12 August I have canceled the subscription. 

 

Today at 20:02 PM, got a alert from my bank that spotify has deducted INR: 119 from my account.

Need my money back. 

 

there is no email or sms alert sent by spotify on the same.

 

Kindly help.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with this. Can you let me know which plan (Premium/Free) shows in your account page? On another note, if you'd like to ask for a refund, I'd recommend checking out this Support article for the next steps to take.

In this case I'd recommend heading over to this support article and getting in touch with our Customer Support team. You'll find the link to our support contacts in the article.

 

Prepare a copy of the transaction, as that will be requested by the support staff to verify the charge and issue a refund if possible.
