Money has been debited on my card already yet my account still shows it isn't Premium.

Money has been debited on my card already yet my account still shows it isn't Premium.

Money taken off from my card still it shows my acct is not under Premium.

I've validated my email and everything. Updated the app, logged in but still shows the same error. wth

Hey @user-removed,

 

You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username that you subscribed to Spotify Premium with!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!

I can see bank statement, 0,99TL, for premium. but my account still shows it isn't Premium. I tried all solutions by your websites. Please help
