So I clicked on the .99 offer and it charged me the .99 but it didn't upgrade my Spotify to premium as I've already had that deal before. How do I get the money back that they charged me?

Hey!

Don't worry - if your account hasn't been upgraded and you're sure it hasn't, the "charge" you are talking about is a pending charge, an authorisation for the withdrawal of the due amount provided to Spotify by your bank. The credit should be back in a matter of days! If that doesn't, please let me know!
