Moved countries and want to purchase Spotify family

Hi,

Recently moved from France to Switzerland, bank accounts and credit cards are still all French (although there is a swiss card).  I'm trying to purchase Spotify family but I cant do it with either card - French or Swiss.

How can I do this ?

Thanks for reaching out to us.

Since you've moved to Switzerland, you'll need to update your account's country to match the Swiss card. Once the account's country is updated, you'll be able to purchase the subscription without any issues.

Just as a reminder, the Premium for Family plan can only be used if your family members or friends share the same physical address. You won't be able to invite people in France to your Swiss Family plan.
