Moved to another country

Hi Guys

I moved from Norway to Malta and im trying to buy a premium, but i am told that my creditcard is registered in Norway and spotify is noticing that i am not in Norway. So its asking me to try with another CC, but i dont have another CC. 

And i am afraid that if i choose to go to a norwegian premium account i cant use it since im not in norway.. 

Is there any solution to this ?
