Moving from student account to regular premium

My Question or Issue

Hello! I am currently loving using my Spotify Premium Student account, however I am graduating soon-ish, and I would like to continue using Spotify. Unfortunately,  my email will cease to exist after I graduate from university, and I need to move everything (followed artists, playlists, saved music, etc) over to another account. How can I do this?
