Moving permanently to another country

I used Spotify from more than 5 years in Prenium. Now i want to switch my account to my new country : The Philippines. And stop to pay in € (currently with Paypal) but in PHP.

In the help center i see :

IF YOU’RE SUBSCRIBED THROUGH OUR WEBSITE

1. Log in to your account page.
2. Select Subscription in the menu on the left. 
3. Click UPDATE DETAILS. 
4. Click ‘…’ for more options.

When I check subscription, i can

- Change or cancel my subscription

- Change my paiement method

But i dont see any "…" option. What I can do for change my country ? Did i need to stop using paypal and enter a Philippines Credit card (like visa) for switch automaticaly ?

Hey @splouvier,

1. Does the clearing your browser's cache/cookies help?
2. Can you please make sure that you're logged into the right account?
3. Does the same issue occur in another browser/on another device?

Also, can you please post a screenshot of what you're seeing?
