Mudei do plano duo para o plano família

Fiz troca do meu plano duo para o família e foi feito a cobrança na hora no dia 11/01/2023 e estou recebendo mensagem que não foi debitado do meu cartão de crédito onde bloqueiam as músicas que quero escutar, como podemos resolver este problema??

Thanks for coming to the Spotify Community. I hope you don't mind me replying in English, since it's the official language in the Community. Can you let me know which subscription type shows under Your plan in your Spotify account page?

 

If it still shows Duo, it's possible it wasn't updated correctly. In that case, I'd recommend following these steps to cancel your plan. Then you should be able to purchase Premium for Family here.
