I have checked my online banking as I was wondering why I, once again, have a charge from Spotify.
I have 1 family subscription but have been charged for 3 family subscriptions since january. How do I get hold of customer service?

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
