From what I can tell, you are point blank ignoring the requirements and fair questions of you consumers, I would prefer a non automated response to: I am willing to pay money for a Spotify account, but you would ask a couple to pay for two accounts whilst we also pay for data usage, surely you could do a deal for two users for a coupla squid? Honestly if the software cant handle it you are probably in breach of GDPR as you arent protecting our data with full due care and diligence as the firmware cant handle a simple update.... Let alone protecting its users.... So are we a cash cow to you? Cos people arent that dumb, its a good way to lose customers...
