Music wont play offline.

I have a subscription yet my music wont play when my data is off. I now pay for data and for spotify?? Logging in and out didnt work neither did clear cahe, niether did reinstall. Help with it please.

Thank you for bringing your query to the community! That doesn't seem right. I assume you have the 'Download' switched on in whichever playlist it is you want saved? Once 'Download' is switched on, the songs should become available instanty in offline mode with a premium subscription. The download speed of course depends on the quality of your internet connection. Maybe try switching the 'Download' off and on again and wait for the songs to downoad.
