I purchased a 12 month Spotify Premium subscription on December 11, 2017, but my account just reverted back to the free version. I'm in Canada if that helps.
Help would be much appreciated.

I didn't receive and error messages, I was just listening to music and at one point I was switched back to the free tier.
Here's a copy of the confirmation email I got after paying for the 12 month subscription.

I've tried all the solutions in this article before with no luck. My profile says that I have no active subscription across all of my devices, but as that email shows I should still have a few months of premium.
How can I contact a spotify employee? It seems like there is a real technical issue with my account.
