I was hoping you could help me out. I signed up for a three month Premium Individual trial. I gave my bank details, ect as you do and knew that if I canceled anytime before that trial I would have been charged. I've had problems, I discovered to voice help and get help you need to use this forum. When I've tried using this forum, messages would not send or it would take me to several different pages, which is frustrating, as the message failed and no text was there. So I'm giving this one more shot and pray that it works.
So I signed up for a three month Premium Individual trial. Everything was great. I listen to my Spotify account on my laptop. A month into it, I was able to choose an album and it would play all the songs in one go, I felt that was great without a premium one, you normally go to breaks, but then I noticed at many times, It did not play the album album, two tracks, them it would play a song from a totally different singer, this lasted a long time and stopped but during the last month of November and December it continued did it, would just close off and then when I looked on my Laptop there was no app, so when I logged in online it gave me an option to download the app, it would not, three days later it would, it's done this often. I even showed my laptop to a professional PC worker who fixes problems, he told me my laptop was not causing the problem, and it did it to him, everything was okay, then suddenly it would go off or jump to a random song, he was surprised and advised me to contact Spotify. For nearly an hour I tried the other week to get a message posted on here and couldn't, in fear I had to cancel my premium trial and was told it would go back to Spotify Free on 13/12/2022.
This is not fair at all. Please can I be given another free month or two month trial, to make up for all the problems I had, I never really got the chance to fully enjoy the three month premium trial and because of this, it doesn't encourage me to pay for a premium, where I could go elsewhere. I've encountered too many problems with Sotify. So please can you give me back the Three month premium trial I signed up for, then I can decide after that 3 month, I will stay with spotify and pay monthly. Any help would be appreciated.
