My Question or Issue

My account keeps getting charged twice a month, $10.61 and $15.89 on two separate occasions. I have a premium subscription. I should be paying only $10 once a month to be using this subscription. I am considering canceling Spotify altogether if someone does not reund my money and explain to me why I keep getting charged twice a month. Someone please assist me with this issue!
