My Account should be Premium and NOT free

My Account should be Premium and NOT free

Dear Sir/Madam

I am using Spotify through the Sonos app and therefore I have a premium account.
However, the premium account is not recognized in the Spotify app and there it says that I still have a free account.

Could you please help me?

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

 

You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
