Hey there,

 

Thanks for posting in the Community.

 

Are you able to see a successful payment on the receipts page of your account page in a web browser?

 

Are you trying to activate a trial subscription or a regular one?

 

Also check if you are logged in on the right account or have activated the subscription on the right account. Here is how to do that.
