My Payment isn’t going through

I’ve waited over 24 hours for the money to get onto the card that I pay with but it keeps saying payment failed

Failed payments can take a while longer to get back to you. It depends on your bank, so try reaching out to them for more info on when the charge will get back to you.

 

Once you've got that sorted, try signing up for Premium again using an incognito window.
