My Premium for Family doesn't work. Only one person can listen to music at once

It has been so frustrating for Premium for Family.  If I listen to music my daughters will stop and vice versa.  There is no help from Spotify ... why is this happening.  My payment went through

It sounds like you are all using the same account. Keep in mind that each member needs to have their own account.

 

They can make their accounts here.

 

Once that's sorted, you can invite them following the steps listed here.
