My Premium is renewed but I am receiving a message that will expire in a few days

My Premium is renewed but I am receiving a message that will expire in a few days

I renewed the subscription to my spotfiy earlier this month, so the expiration date is 3/15. Even so, I have been receiving notices in my email and in the mobile application that the premium will expire in a few days ... I must ignore the message? Or will I miss the premium on February 15 for an error? It never happened to me, it is as if I had not renewed, and it is already renewed. Thanks to those who answer

Hey @FacelessFuture

 

Try logging into your Spotify profile on your browser here with your email.

Your username will be displayed after you login.

 

After that, check the status of your subscription. If everything looks ok, logout of the app in your device, and be sure to use that username, instead of your email address, to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.
