My Premium is saying It's failed when the money has transfered

On Spotify, I have premium for £9.99 a month. When I clicked on it, a message came up saying that It had failed which I didn't understand because the money has transfered from my account and it wont let me use it

Hey @thebrieebella, welcome to the community!

 

Sometimes when you enter your payment details, a transaction is created and stays as pending. This only means that the funds were put on hold and will go back to your bank account soon.

 

We suggest getting in touch with your bank for more information about these pending transactions.
