My Premium subscription suddenly stopped, but I already paid

My Premium subscription suddenly stopped, but I already paid

I pay with a Dutch bank and it has worked for months now suddenly my premium subscription has stopped, I haven't gotten ANY email, notification or whatever about this, it just stopped abruptly. And I paid the 8th this month. Can someone please tell me what's happening? I'm so confused! I just want my Premium back, the one I paid for already.

Hi @steassy,

 

Sorry to hear something went wrong with your Premium subscription while you have already been charged for it. I think it would be best to follow these steps to make sure it is not working. If you still need help afterwards, it would be best to contact Spotify Customer Support using this link. On that page, choose "Abonnement" and then "Ik heb betaald voor Premium, maar ik heb nog steeds een Free-account".
