You can start off by taking a look at this page to see if your card meet all of our requirements.

We'd also recommend going to your account page and checking the status of your subscription. Head to the receipts section as well and you'll be able to see all your charges and check if you've been charged successfully. If so, your Premium won't be cancelled. 

It's possible that you've had some failed payments on your account and the system need some time to refresh if you've changed your payment method.
