My Spotify premium gift card if not working

I have tried three times now to use my premium gift card but it has not worked. I thought that maybe it was because my premium subscription had not ended yet and still had a few months left so I waited, but that was not the problem I guess.  Now I'm out of premium and the code is still not working for me.

Thanks for the post.

We'll do our best to help, so that you can redeem your gift card. 

Note that you can't apply gift cards to the following Premium plans - Premium Duo, Family or Student. You can only apply them to accounts on Premium Individual.

We'd recommend you check this support article for helpful tips on applying the code from the card. Sometimes you might have entered a 0 (zero), whereas it should have been an O. 

If you're still having trouble after going through the steps in the article, let us know if you get any sort of error message when you apply the code. You can send us a screenshot.
