My Spotify premium isn’t working.

My Spotify premium isn’t working.

My Subscription is free, although I had bought a gift card and used the premium from the gift card for my premium

My Question or Issue

 I used the Spotify gift card from my local supermarket and I entered the code, it said it was activated and I had just checked now and it’s not, I’ve tried signing out, rechecking everything but I can’t find any solutions.

Hey, I’ve tried doing both and I threw out the code thinking it would’ve
worked. So I can’t re redeem it or anything. Then I got home, tried
downloading music and it didn’t work.

Please use this help guide on finding acocunts as i wish to eliminate the option of you having a second account and you're loging to the wrong one.

No I haven’t, on the account I used the code with it was never linked with
fb and I didn’t sign up with fb

thanks for your patience!

 

It's still possible that you have a second account that was upgraded.

I suggest the following : 

  • Try logging in with a username instead of an email address on both the app and the account page and see if you see Premium listed.
  • Open the password reset page in an incognito window and try resetting again.
  • Add usernames that may have been used instead of email address to reset password.
  • If it says that a reset password link has been sent, and you can't find it in your main inbox, please check all possible email addresses you may have.
  • If you find the password reset message, that is the email address you should use.
