My bank got debited but I still don't have premium

I tried to upgrade from free to duo on my spotify account, I live in Spain at the moment and used paypal + my spanish bank account to pay, but maybe my paypal is based in france? It said that the bank and the country are not the same BUT I got debited on my bank account (twice because I did it twice as it didn't work the first time and thought it was just an error). So I have two payments of 14,99 to spotify on my bank account, nothing on paypal and no receipts of this on spotify + I still don't have Spotify premium. How can I get a refund?

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.

If you don't see the payments on your PayPal account and can't find any receipts on Spotify, it is most likely because the payment attempts failed. Now, if you see charges on your bank account, it's usually because they are pending.

When you start a transaction, the bank charges your account to confirm to the merchant your card is valid. The transaction amount is then deducted from your available funds, and it shows as pending on your account. No worries, as the transactions were refused, the funds should be released soon. The exact time it takes depends on your bank.

Now, as the charges don't show up on PayPal or Spotify if you want to double-check, we'd recommend contacting your bank.
