My billing doesn't match the advertised price

Plan: Family Premium

Country: Finland

 

Hello, hello!

I'm being billed 18,99€ per month, ever since prices went up from 16,99€ about a year ago. Therefore I assume that the pricing of my subscription is dynamic. Yet, the current Family Premium subscription is advertised for 10,99€ per month. I would like to know how to rectify this issue and hear about possible refund options.

Ouch!

Just noticed I was looking at the Premium price, not Family Premium. Sorry for the hassle. I wish I knew how to delete my own post 🙂
