My Question or Issue

I am being charged every month for my nephew's account but he hasn't used it in years and doesn't remember how to login into it. So, I need to find a way to cancel this recurring monthly payment without knowing anything about the Spotify account that my debit card is saved to. I've tried cancelling through my bank account but it just keeps redirecting me to Spotify. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried reaching out to Spotify's Support Team about this yet? If not, I recommend doing so here. 🙂
