My brother was cancelled

My brother was cancelled

My brother and my sister in law were cancelled off of my premium membership. We live in the same place but I am away for work almost all of the time. I think its bogus that they track where you go  to make sure you are not rippinig them off.

How about fix the issue or I will go to another music service. It's frustrating when we all go to the Gym and their music account wont work. Please either fix this, or offer a premium group subscription so this doens't happen.

If you're the Family Admin, send by yourself the link generated through INVITE WITH LINK, instead of letting the system send the mail.

 
Let them accept the invite logged in with their own username in the app and in the website. They should make sure to type the address exactly as the Admin did, and also be sure all Family members use the same Internet connection (Home network) regularly. Not doing so may be the cause of them being left out.
