My card is removed?

Hi i had my 30 days trial and before to end i canceled it so now this day i wanted to delete my credit card but the thing is i cant see another option just get premium i cant see change or cancel 
so it means my credit card is removed?

Are you able to cancel your Premium subscription following these steps?

And yes when you cancel your subscription, your card won't be shown, and you won't be charged when you cancel.
